Belly
Dance: taught by Sadari Neville
No
other dance form inspires more mystery, curiosity, or interest than Raqs Sharqi,
also known as Belly Dance.
It is the product of womensÕ wisdom that dates back to the dawn of humanity.
This timeless dance form puts us in direct contact with our forgotten feminine
selves, empowers us, strengthens and tones our bodies, and improves our cardiovascular
health. Join Sadari as she introduces us to the core movements of belly dance.

Sadari as she takes you through the poses of Vinyasa yoga.
Pom
& Kickline for Kids: taught by Christina Macchio
Do you
want to kick like the Rockettes? Pom and Kickline will help you kick higher
than you thought you could!
Kickline uses different kinds of synchronized kicking. Pom uses stiff arm motions
like cheer and
teaches students control and placement. Fast-paced and lots of action!
Ballroom
Dance: taught by Linda Andrews and Jerry Parris
Learn
the graceful foxtrot, sultry rumba, energetic swing! Ballroom dancing is a great
way for couples to
connect and have some fun. Whether latin or smooth dancing, there is bound to
be something for everyone!
Tap
& Jazz, Hip Hop & Jazz: taught by Linda Andrews, Christina Macchio
Our
combo classes starts with a jazz warm-up and combinations, then we add some
hip hop or start tapping!
Great for children and adults--jazz helps with flexibility, gracefulness, coordination,
and tap is great for
understanding rhythm and syncopation, also helps with quick footwork! Hip Hop
is just plain fun!
Tap
& Ballet for Kids: taught by Linda Andrews, Christina Macchio
Combo
class for the little ones... they will warm up and then learn basic ballet steps
presented in a fun way.
Then, they make some noise in their tap shoes learning basic rhythms and steps.
